The SHOPSPADE is an “Order Management System”, for Sellers’s staff to manager orders, products, stock, logistics from different E-commerce channel. The workflow is: Customer place order in Market Place or DTC channel. Order data will be downloaded to SHOPSPADE. Customer service review the order and push the order to delivery vendor system (WMS).
