When an order is placed, the lead is automatically sent to the TrafficManager platform to be processed by the advertiser (call center, shipping, etc.). If the lead is modified in TrafficManager, a note is added to the corresponding order in Shopify. This simplifies your offer management and keeps your data in sync efficiently.
