High-volume drops ultimately boil down to one key challenge: keeping the bots at bay. Nike enlisted us to help prevent their Corteiz collab from falling into the wrong hands. With some technical know-how, we implemented Shopify’s tool to stop the bots and give the sneaker heads the best chance of getting their hands on a pair of the kicks.

For this project we collaborated on a custom headless tech stack, based on Shopify Plus back-end and CMS platform Sanity taking care of the front-end. React and Next.JS featured as ever, plus special mentions for the high-performance build system, Turborepo, and the performance monitoring/error checking application Sentry making sure our code remained razor sharp at all times.

Struggling with an outdated hybrid setup of BigCommerce and WordPress, North Sails sought a more adaptable and responsive platform. By leveraging Shopify Native's robust features, we developed a custom solution tailored to their specific needs, enabling them to function with greater efficiency.

Their SFCC platform couldn’t give them the precision and the detail they were looking for. We overcame these challenges with a headless solution on Shopify Plus. The new setup returns power to the Denham team as they can now add pages, adjust the store UX flow, add products and change page layouts themselves without any need for developer help. They now have total control over the website.

This project was straight Shopify, straight out of the box. Shopify 2.0 brings impeccable UX and record-breaking sitespeeds. It’s an exciting time to work with the platform and with Hydrogen and Oxygen on the way we’re looking forward to pushing the platform to new possibilities.

We've moved the Polaroid store to our custom headless Shopify Plus setup for improved flexibility and to further open the possibilities for global scaling. Accommodating itself to the EU, USA and Canadian markets, the Polaroid store now has the capabilities to adapt to customer needs all around the world.
