illy Japan — Official Online Store Development & Operations

Handled requirements, design, development, and launch, and still manage operations including optimization and advertising. Localized UI/UX and branding for the Japan market, built a custom theme, and managed Klaviyo, Instagram, and Google Ads. Implemented subscription and bundle (Build-a-Box) features, creating an e-commerce site that balances Illy’s premium brand identity with local needs.
