I’m Emma - a Shopify Designer, Developer and Strategist. With 11+ years of experience, I help brands launch, scale, and optimise their Shopify stores with custom designs, new features, and high-performance builds.

I worked with the Royal Museums of Greenwich to ensure their store adhered to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Through various tools, testing, and adapting the store's code, their online store can now be navigated by a range of users; from users with visual impairment using screen readers, to users with motor neuron diseases who navigate the website via a keyboard.

Tom & Teddy have been enrolled on my Conversion Rate Optimsation plan since 2018 in which all international stores have increased sales dramatically since 2017 (Australian store sales were up by 693% in 2020 alone). I have worked with them to streamline internal processes, modernise their stores, manage SEO, and increase sales. 

I migrated Bathroom Village from Magento over to Shopify Plus and built them a bespoke theme. Since migrating to Shopify Plus, the Bathroom Village team has been able to focus on growing the brand and streamlining its internal processes. Within the first three months of launching, the website's monthly sales has more than doubled

I re-built the Watches of Wales store on Shopify Plus with a slick new design to help position them as a leader in the luxury watch market. The customer journey and ease of use/multiple customer help channels was at the front of our design process, as the new theme had to enable customers to contact the Watches of Wales team easily at each step of their purchasing and after-sales journey.
